Conference Toughness Ratings 2000-2010
For the sake of simplicity, these ratings are based on the conferences as they stand today. A team's wins
and losses, therefore, are entered into its current conference, not the conference in which it may have won
or lost a particular game. Lincoln-Way East, for example, won many of its games during the past decade in
SICA Blue, but all its results are entered into Southwest Suburban Blue, where it now plays.
An average rating for any conference is 500.
